Taylor Swift Gets Really Dirty in New 'Out of the Woods' Video Teaser

Taylor Swift posted a nitty gritty still of herself on Instagram Wednesday to tease her new video for "Out of the Woods," which will debut on ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest Thursday.
The image is a close-up of Swift covered in mud with matted hair in her eyes and a snarl on her lips.
"Are we out of the woods yet?" reads the caption. Judging by the picture, the idea of being stuck in the "woods" will be treated quite literally in the video.
New Year's Rockin' Eve will begin at 8 p.m. ET but there has been no confirmation yet of what time the video will premiere or if the singer herself will make an appearance to introduce it. "Out of the Woods," which was co-written with Jack Antonoff, is Swift's sixth single from her smash album 1989, following "Shake It Off," "Blank Space," "Style," "Bad Blood," and "Wildest Dreams."

Inside Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift's Snowy Vail Christmas

Inside Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift's Snowy Vail Christmas

Taylor Swift and boyfriend Calvin Harris are making sweet music together this Christmas – on the slopes!

The couple spent the holiday with Swift's family in Vail, Colorado, a source tells PEOPLE.

The pair are staying in a private rental home close to the city's village and ski slopes, according to the source.

Earlier in the week, the couple dined out at Zach's Cabin, an on-mountain fine dining restaurant that offers entrees like a chili encrusted elk tenderloin for $56 and caramelized jumbo sea scallops for $42.
Both Harris, 31, and Swift, 26, have shared photos from their festive vacation on social media throughout the week.

On Christmas Eve, the Scottish DJ posted an outdoorsy picture of himself and Swift among Vail's rugged winter terrain.

The "Bad Blood" singer, wearing all white, was perched atop a utility vehicle in front of an arctic backdrop. Both stars were bundled up tight amid the snowy weather, with their faces covered by masks and goggles.

Earlier in the week, Swift and her brother Austin worked together with Harris to craft an impressive snowman, and on Thursday, the singer dressed in costume as one of Santa's adorable elves.

Taylor Swift Couldn't Be Cuter in This Throwback Snap from Her Childhood Play

Taylor Swift's Former Bye Bye Birdie Costar Shares Throwback Photo

Long before she had the world singing "Shake It Off," Taylor Swiftstarred in a production of Bye Bye Birdie

Part of her experience was captured in an adorable photo her former costar shared via Twitter on Thursday. The image shows Swift and Dan Hauk, who both hail from Reading, Pennsylvania, dressed as their characters in March 2001. As Hauk shows off his braces and wraps his arms around the future star, Swift smiles and rocks a baby blue headband and floral dress.

"If I get enough RT, you think @taylorswift13 will help me recreate this pic of us as Kim McAfee & Hugo Peabody? #tbt," Hauk tweeted.
Swift, 26, has yet to retweet the photo, but there's no denying she's a big fan of throwback posts. While celebrating her birthday on Sunday, she shared an Instagram of her childhood self dropping her jaw in excitement.

Taylor Swift's Family Road Trip to New Zealand Features Too Many Bugs and Not Enough Austin Swift

Taylor Swift, Austin Swift, Instagram

Welcome to the great outdoors, Taylor Swift !
As the "Wildest Dreams" singer continues her 1989 World Tour—it's your turn Australia—the blond beauty managed to sneak in some family time over the Thanksgiving holiday.
In several photos posted on Taylor's Instagram, fans learned that New Zealand was the lucky destination for the Swift family as they took some time to enjoy the fresh air.
"Swift family road trip!" she wrote on social media. "South Island, NZ."
Taylor later added a video that featured her brother Austin Swift and their dad playing by the river.
While it may look picture-perfect, there was one serious problem the "Shake It Off" singer faced when throwing stones into the water. What is that buzz we're hearing?! It's annoying flying insects, of course.
"There's a lot of bugs here," she joked when swatting a pesky creature away from her face. Stay away from the mouth, flies. She needs that for her singing voice.
Before Christmas arrives next month, Taylor has much to look forward to. In addition to performing more sold-out concerts—where she will likely make the days of several fans—the singer will also be turning 26 on Dec. 13.
Reports are already swirling that her squad including Selena Gomez and Karlie Kloss are coming together for a star-studded birthday party in the weeks ahead.
Swifties, we've all been warned. After all, nobody throws a party like T. Swift.

Taylor Swift 'settles Lucky 13 logo row'

Taylor Swift

Pop star Taylor Swift has settled a legal disagreement with a US clothing company over her use of its Lucky 13 name, reports have said.
Blue Sphere accused Swift of copyright infringement after she branded some of her products, such as t-shirts, with the same phrase.
Representatives for both sides said they had made an undisclosed settlement out of court on Friday.

Love of the number 13

Legal papers were filed in 2014 and a trial date had been set for January 2016, prior to the settlement being reached.
US clothing firm Blue Sphere claimed in May last year that the pop star had began marketing and selling her own clothing line bearing the Lucky 13 phrase and a shamrock.
It also said she had used it in a "Lucky 13" sweepstake deal made with a greeting card company, said Hollywood Reporter.
Swift told MTV in 2009: "I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first number one song had a 13-second intro," she said. "Every time I've won an award I've been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter."
Swift said she was being harassed by the company after it said it wanted to question her about her use and understanding of trademark rights and sponsorships.
She also said she would not be able to submit to demands that she give evidence at a trial due to her busy tour schedule.

Harassment claim denied

Blue Sphere began investigating Swift's deals with big brand companies including Elizabeth Arden and Coco-Cola.
It also wanted the right to examine photographs and videos of Swift in which her buttocks or breasts were at least partially visible in order to understand her personal control over her brand and image.
Blue Sphere's argument was that Swift's image was relevant to the Lucky 13 case and the company's doubt over the pop star's understanding of consumer impact.
In August, a federal judge denied Swift's harassment claim and request for a protective order to prevent her being forced to answer questions and the trial date was set.
The Lucky 13 case is the third recent legal case involving Swift.
Earlier this month legal papers were filed against her for damages of $42m (£27m) for Swift's alleged theft of the lyrics to US R&B singer Jesse Braham's hit 2014 song Shake It Off.
Braham claimed in legal papers Swift stole the words from a song he wrote in 2013 called Haters Gone Hate.
And last month, Swift filed a counterclaim against a US radio DJ who is suing her over allegations he groped her backstage at a concert in June 2013.

Katy Perry tops Taylor Swift (by $55M) in female top-earners list

Katy Perry performs at rally for Hillary Clinton, in

Taylor Swift may have gotten all the glory this year, but rival Katy Perry got more of the money, saysForbes magazine.
Not that Swift, 25, ended up destitute, of course. She earned $80 million between June 2014 and June 2015, according to Forbes' calculations, released Wednesday.
But Perry, 31, took in $135 million, thanks to a world tour, a slew of hits and lucrative deals with major companies happy to hand over millions for Perry's endorsements of their products, the magazine says.
Formerly pals, now turned frenemies, Perry and Swift have had their disagreementsthis year. But Perry has been making more waves lately as one of Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton's most public celebrity supporters.
Her empowerment anthem, Roar, is one of Clinton's campaign songs. Last month, Perry performed for her at a patriotically-themed youth-vote rally in Iowa. She even took over Clinton's Instagram account to declare her fandom and urge young people to vote.
I am proud of my position as a boss, as a person that runs my own company,”Forbes quoted Perry as saying in its Celebrity 100 cover story this summer. “I’m an entrepreneur. … I don’t want to shy away from it. I actually want to kind of grab it by the (horns).”
Swift is not hurting. Her tour around best-selling album 1989 is grossing so much (about $4 million per city), that Forbes predicts she's "got the early edge for the No. 1 spot on our list next year."Swift, who was in Singapore Thursday, tweeted her congratulations to winners at the Country Music Awards Wednesday in Nashville.

Taylor Swift posts 'Out Of The Woods' acoustic piano version

Taylor Swift released 1989 one year ago, and if you thought you had finally gotten over all those heartbreaking tracks, think again. Swift debuted an acoustic piano version of “Out Of The Woods” on Tuesday, partially celebrating the album’s one-year anniversary but also as part of her Grammy Museum exhibit. She performed the track in the Clive Davis Theater on Sept. 30, and in the clip she says, “I’m going to play you a song that I wrote about a relationship that I was in that the number one feeling I felt in the relationship was anxiety because it felt very fragile. It felt very tentative.”
Written with Jack Antonoff, “Out Of The Woods” was the fourth track on 1989, but was never released as a single. Check out the stripped-down version:

Taylor Swift’s Racial Blind Spot

LONDON, ENGLAND - NOVEMBER 26: (EDITORS NOTE: Image has been created using digital filters.) Taylor Swift attends the Winter Whites Gala in aid of Centrepoint at Kensington Palace on November 26, 2013 in London, England. (Photo by Karwai Tang/WireImage)

R&B singer The Weeknd recently opened up about how Swift petted him—like a pet—when they met. But Swift’s odd racial behavior goes back further than that.
In his new Rolling Stone cover story, The Weeknd dropped a bomb about the first night he met reigning pop queen Taylor Swift, aka the whitest girl at the party.
According to the “Can’t Feel My Face” singer, Swift opened with a compliment, calling one of his early hits “The Morning” one of her “favorite songs ever!” But Swift’s incredibly sweet and sincere ability to make a Google search was quickly undermined by that fact that she then proceeded to stroke The Weeknd’s hair. Naturally, the R&B artist wasn’t exactly on board with being mistaken for Olivia Benson (the Taylor Swift cat, not the fictional sex crimes detective): “I think she was just drawn to it—she must have been a little gone off a few drinks. And of course I’m not going to be like, ‘Hey, can you stop?’ I mean, it felt good!...But when she started petting my hair, that’s when I was like, ‘I definitely need a drink.’”
As hilarious as it is to imagine the perpetually polished, belly button-less Swift as a drunk mess with a childlike sense of wonder/unshakable desire to introduce herself to The Weeknd—we’ve all been there—this incident definitely triggers the Taylor Swift microaggression alarm bell. Swift herself corroborated the story in an earlier radio interview, explaining, “I woke up to an email from the Weeknd, and he was like you told me how beautiful I was for like 15 minutes straight and started to pet my hair,” to which BBC host Nick Grimshaw responded, “This sounds like quite the evening. You petted The Weeknd. Like an animal.”Let’s take a second to unpack what we talk about when we talk about petting The Weeknd “like an animal.” After all, non-consensually touching black people’s hair is basically a white national pastime, like owning a Toyota Prius or talking about indie music/Whole Foods/The Daily Show/David Sedaris. This textbook
moveis offensive on multiple levels. First of all, it reinforces notions of difference and exoticism; implying that someone’s hair is fascinating enough to be examined, asked after, or touched mirrors Western standards of beauty that render any non-white physique as strange, other, and less than. Secondly, it gets into all sorts of thorny issues of consent and personal space. Everyone should be in control of how their body is touched, interacted with, or perceived, and this rule of thumb takes on an added significance when race comes into play. It’s scary to think that Taylor Swift’s careless framing of this story as a hilarious anecdote could be read by her white fans as a free pass for their own obtuse tactile explorations. Not content with her status as a fairly problematic white girl, Taylor took her whitewashing to the next level with her “Wildest Dreams” video, which featured Swift and an all-white cast reenacting a fantasy of a glam 1950’s-style romance film. In Africa. Because nothing says “racial erasure” like Taylor Swift, a ball gown, some giraffes, and absolutely no black people. When the post-premiere backlash started pouring in, music video director Joseph Kahn fired back on Twitter: “Asians can’t be racist. White or black, we don’t care, all dogs taste the same to us.” Help?!
Adding insult to injury (with a healthy side of straight-up ignorance), Taylor has made a recent push to re-center her public image around her group of girlfriends, who are almost exclusively—you guessed it! —white. As a side note, they’re also conventionally beautiful and thin; a majority of her inner circles consists of live and active supermodels. In a clear response to criticisms of Swift’s white crew, the scarily efficient songstress immediately made finding a black friend her new #squadgoal. During her 1989 tour, Swift improved upon her habit of showing off her beautiful white model friends by enlisting Serena Williams, Uzo Aduba, Mary J. Blige, Chris Rock, Fetty Wap, and other famous black people with whom Swift has very little in common to join her onstage. Attempts at “diversity,” racial and otherwise, can be uncomfortably transparent in a variety of situations—but few are as awkward as this Taylor Swift cover of “Trap Queen.” Sorry Taylor, but everyone still thinks your squad is pretty exclusively white. Uzo Aduba can fix most things, but this just isn’t one of them.
Per Chuck Klosterman's extremely insightful/vaguely terrifying GQ profile of Taylor Swift, the superstar absolutely hates being described as “calculating.” Still, she clearly values her ability to read the cultural climate, and her related gift for custom-tailoring her own sound and image. According to Swift, “You can be accidentally successful for three or four years. Accidents happen. But careers take hard work.” While Swift's professional trajectory has been nothing less than legendary, her blatant control-freak tendencies and self-marketing savvy are at odds with her racial blind spot. For someone who has exhibited such a talent for manipulating every aspect of her personal and professional life, what does it mean that Swift can’t seem to bring herself to take these criticisms seriously? Why can’t one single member of Taylor Swift’s PR team monitor her Twitter for blatant white privilege, or just teach the singer what a microaggression means? At least for The Weeknd’s sake.

Taylor Swift Turned to Drive Thru After Grammys Loss – Find Out What She Ate

Taylor Swift Indulged on In-N-Out Burger After Grammys Loss

An In-N-Out burger can do a lot more than alleviate hunger. For Taylor Swift, it can help cope with a Grammy loss.

The pop star told Grammy Pro she "ate a lot" after Daft Punk's Random Access Memories won Album of the Year in January 2014.

"I remember not going to after parties, " she said. "I went home and I cried a little bit and I got In-N-Out burger and ate a lot."
Swift's album Red was the favorite going into the awards ceremony, and she thought she had won when the presenter Alicia Keys uttered the first syllable.

"When they announced the Album of the Year winner, it was like, 'And the Album of the Year goes to Raaaandom Access Memories,'" Swift said. "And they really dragged out the 'Raaa.' And I was like, for a second there, I kind of thought we had it. And we didn't."

The devastating loss may have helped Swift create her most recent effort, 1989, which became the best-selling album of 2014.

"I was just thinking a lot before bed about what I had made so far for the next album that was to become 1989, but I didn't know that then," she said. "We don't make music so we can win a lot of awards, but you have to take your cues from somewhere if you're going to continue to evolve."

"And so I went to bed, and I woke up at four in the morning, like, it's called 1989, I've been making 80s synth pop, I’m just going to do that," Swift added. "I'm calling it a pop record. I am not listening to anyone at my record label. I'm starting tomorrow. So that’s what I did."

Taylor Swift Reveals the "Important Lesson" She Learned After Clashing With Nicki Minaj

Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, VMA

There's no question that Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj have moved on from their MTV Video Music Awards drama. From public apologies to surprise collaborations, the duo appears to have no ill will towards one another.
Unfortunately, the musicians still can't seem to escape questions about the so-called feud. Case in point: Swift's latest interview with NME magazine.
"I don't want to talk about it," Swift shared with the U.K. publication available Friday. "But I send text messages now. If there seems to be some kind of misunderstanding, I go to someone's management, I get their number and I text them."
She added, "It's an important lesson for anyone to learn in 2015."

Taylor Swift: Will She Go On ‘SNL’ To Respond To The Show’s Diss Against Her Squad?

Taylor Swift SNL Squad Diss

Taylor Swift may have been ‘flattered’ by ‘Saturday Night Live’s sketch that mocked her and her A-list squad, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t ready to respond to the show’s diss. The question is: will she do it on an upcoming episode? HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE details here!

Saturday Night Live didn’t hold back when they mocked Taylor Swift, 25, and her “Bad Blood” posse during the show’s Oct. 3 episode. But the ball is in Tay’s court now, and a source tellsHollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the pop superstar may be willing to address the diss in an upcoming episode. Get the full details here!
“They are expecting her to do a skit or appear on ‘Weekend Update,’ an insider close to SNL tellsHollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “The door is open for her to be a part [of the show] somehow and to do something fun.” Still, while they would love to have her return to the show in some capacity, our source adds that they are not “expecting her to be a host” due to her crazy touring schedule. That being said, we think Taylor might be able to make a little room in her agenda for a surprise appearance. After all, she is a huge fan of the show — she even had the honor of hosting her own episode back in 2009.
For those who haven’t seen it yet, the skit titled “The Squad” features SNL stars Vanessa Bayerand Aidy Bryant as high school BFFs, who end up getting in a car accident only to wake up to find that the entire world has joined Taylor Swift’s gang. As cool as that may sound, the new world has a creepy horror movie sort of vibe to it that just might make you reconsider your #Squadgoals.
Thankfully, Taylor wasn’t all that offended by the show poking fun at her and her infamous gang. In fact, she thought it was downright funny! “Taylor was flattered by the SNL sketch about her. You know you’ve made it when you’re being parodied by the SNL team,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She thought it was really funny, and has already been joking with her ‘Bad Blood’ gal pals about it, who are equally amused.”

SNL’ Majorly Disses Taylor Swift & Her Squad In Skit As Miley Cyrus Hosts

Have you ever wondered what the world would be like if everyonejoined Taylor Swift’s squad? Well, the Oct. 3 episode of ‘Saturday Night Live’ painted that ‘pretty’ picture for us in a skit, which threw major shade at the ‘Shake It Off’ singer. Was this Miley Cyrus’ way of dissing T-Swizzle again?

Miley Cyrus, 22, hosted the Oct. 3 episode of Saturday Night Live, and while she didn’t appear in a skit that majorly dissed Taylor Swift, we have a feeling she may have had something to do with it anyway.
The skit stars Vanessa Bayer and Aidy Bryant as high school friends, and they end up getting in a car accident. When they wake up, they find themselves in a world where everyone has joined Taylor Swift’s squad. And while that may sound totally cool, the world they woke up to looked like a scene out of The Walking Dead. Watch the video above to see what we mean.
We can’t say we’re totally surprised by the Taylor Swift diss on this Miley-hosted episode of SNL. AsHollywoodLife.com previously reported, Miley took a swipe at Taylor, 25, and her “Bad Blood” video brigade of supermodel pals. She told theNew York Times on Aug. 31 that Swifty’s group of “musicians, actresses, models, entrepreneurs” isn’t for her.  “I’m not trying to be in the squad,” Miley sharded. “None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives, because I’m inspired by them.”
She also shaded Taylor in the Aug. issue of Marie Claire, saying “I don’t get the violence revenge thing” about Taylor’s hit video. “That’s supposed to be a good example? And I’m a bad role model because I’m running around with my (breasts) out? I’m not sure how (breasts) are worse than guns.”

Well, it looks like Miley may have just taken another swipe at Taylor’s squad. She didn’t star in the skit, but as host, we bet she had some say in what the skits would be like. What do YOU think,HollywoodLifers? Did you laugh at “The Squad” skit?

Taylor Swift Addresses Wedding, Mansion Rumors in One Tweet

Taylor Swift Addresses Wedding, Mansion Rumors on Twitter

Don't hold your breath for Taylor Swift wedding pictures or a housewarming party with her squad – at least not right now.

Swift, 25, addressed the latest rumors about her via Twitter on Tuesday, writing, "What the press says I'm doing: Buying a Bev Hills mansion, getting married in an English castle. What I'm doing: Playing a show in St. Louis.
While one report claimed Swift spent $25 million on the famed Goldywn estate in Beverly Hills, another said she and boyfriendCalvin Harris, 31, were engaged and planning to say, "I do."
Instead, Swift was gearing up to perform the latest sold-out concert on her 1989 tour at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri, on Tuesday night.
Swift has been all about the music as her wildly successful jaunt continues. In less than one week, she's performed "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" with Steven Tyler and rocked out to "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" with Mick Jagger, adding to her already impressive roster of tour guests.

Taylor Swift's 1989: the problem with Ryan Adams' cover versions

Does Taylor Swift really need to be vindicated by Ryan Adams?

First things first: Ryan Adams's 1989, his album of Taylor Swift covers, is really good.
The record, highly anticipated by Swift and her legions of Twitter fans, dropped last Sunday. That means we've had a full four days to listen and feel our feelings about it - feelings which have largely been positive. Swift herself has been retweeting praise and even appeared on Beats 1 Radio with Adams, gushing about the album.
Swift also stands to benefit financially from Adams' covers, procuring enough money for years of girl squad gatherings.
"Yesterday The New Yorker wrote a review/ evaluation of the Ryan Adams cover album. Just to be crystal clear, they NOT review 1989," tweeted Kelsey McKinney.
As McKinney points out, the New Yorker reviewed Adams's version of 1989, but not Swift's. Write-ups from other publications have verged on the condescending (at Uproxx: "This project shows what a strong songwriter Swift is"), the hedging (the Atlantic headline: "Ryan Adams's 1989 is the Vindication of Taylor Swift") and yes, the man-splainy (The New Yorker wrote: "These songs, rearranged by Adams, might sound to some ears more authentic, raw, or genuine - suddenly more his than hers").

Lady Gaga's former manager disagrees with Taylor Swift's crusade against Spotify

If fans can’t listen to music through free services like Spotify, they’ll turn to piracy, Troy Carter argues.

Pop music superstar Taylor Swift has railed against music streaming services like Spotify, going as far as pulling all her music from them. Her reasons? They exploit musicians by paying them next to nothing for playing their music online radio.
But Troy Carter, better known in his home of Los Angeles as Lady Gaga’s former manager, isn’t buying Swift’s argument.
“I think Taylor is brilliant but I think that’s sort of a flawed argument,” Carter said during an interview at an annual conference in San Francisco hosted by tech news site TechCrunch. “The alternative is piracy.”
Last year, Swift, who has sold more than 40 million albums and 130 million single downloads, announced that she wouldn’t make her latest album, 1989, available on Spotify or other services that let people listen for free. She took it a step further by also removing all her previously released music from those services.
Then in March, rapper and business mogul Jay-Z acquired and relaunched Tidal, a music streaming service that comes with no free tier or trial period, but offers the promise of occasional exclusive content from artists. It also didn’t hurt that Jay-Z got a gang of his music superstar friends to publicly support his service.
But Tidal hasn’t had the blockbuster success Jay-Z likely hoped for. And Carter blames the underwhelming response to the lack of a free version, something Tidal’s competitors offer and use to entice music fans. Why pay for Tidal when you can put up with Spotify’s ads, or get a free trial with Apple Music before having to shell out money? (Tidal does have a free month trial, like Apple Music, which Carter appears to have forgotten. But it doesn’t, however, have millions of credit cards already on file, as Apple does, that make signing up that much easier.)
“Freemium” services, as they’re called, let customers use a basic version of as service without paying, but charges them for additional features, or, in the case of music streaming, to skip the ads on the free version. Carter argues that they have been shown to work, and it’s a good compromise that doesn’t alienate music listeners and drive them to illegally download music.
Apple Music, the music streaming service the tech giant unveiled in June, is perhaps the only thing Carter and Swift can agree on. A couple of the days before Apple was set to launch the service, Swift penned a passionate public letter to the company, arguing it should pay artists for songs their customers stream even during their free one month trial. By the end of the day,Apple agreed, and at launch time, Swift’s catalogue was readily available for customers to stream.
The real problem, in Carter’s view, is the record label’s relationship with these services and their control of most of the revenues. “We’ve always gotten screwed by the record labels,” he said.
“The record labels made a significant amount of money from Spotify. It’s just not finding its way into the hands of the artists,” he added.

Taylor Swift 'madly in love' with Calvin Harris as break-up rumours make the rounds

Taylor Swift Calvin Harris

American singer/songwriter Taylor Swift and Scottish singer/DJ Calvin Harris are hit by reports that their relationship is on the rocks. The Red singer and the 31-year-old DJ are apparently spending a lot of time apart which is taking a toll on their relationship.
It was previously reported that Harris is upset with Swift for giving more importance to her friends than him. However, according to Hollywood Life, everything is fine between the couple.
"Taylor and Calvin have been super busy with their schedules so they haven't been able to spend much time together physically," a source said. "But they still talk and text every single day. They have sexy Skype sessions whenever they can to keep their relationship exciting."

Taylor is madly in love and the reports of trouble in paradise is simply not true," the insider added. "In Taylor's eyes, Calvin can do no wrong and as far as him having a bad temper, he's like a pussy cat with Taylor."
During an interview with Glamour UK magazine, the 25-year-old Shake It Off singer, who once predicted she would be single when she turns 30, admitted that she does not find it easy having a boyfriend. She said: "There is no easy way for me to engage with romance. I'm really busy, so I can't. And it's a good thing that I feel really independent and I feel that my friends are all I need."
"It's kind of a sad way I got there, though, being shamed into it. What else is it when you have two boyfriends in one year and everyone's calling you boy crazy, making jokes about you at awards shows? That's public humiliation. And I don't think its fair," Swift added.

Taylor Swift is being sued because she accused a radio host of touching her bottom

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is being sued by a former Canadian radio DJ who claims that he lost his job because of claims the singer made about him allegedly grabbing her bottom.
In June 2013, David Mueller, who is known on the radio as "Jackson", went to a meet-and-greet with Taylor Swift, and brought along his girlfriend.
He went there as part of his job duties with radio station KYGO, wherein he was required to regularly meet celebrities.
Mueller and his girlfriend had their photo taken with Ms. Swift, and this is where things got ugly.
Ms. Swift allegedly claimed that at this point he "lifted up her skirt and grabbed her bottom".
After this, he was escorted from the premises by security. Then, after a series of calls between Taylor Swift's team and his radio station, he was fired.
Mueller denies the claims that he touched her inappropriately.
"The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift's skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift's photographer and Ms. Swift's highly trained security personnel, during a company sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense. Particularly given that Ms. Swift's skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller's hand in the photograph," said the lawsuit.
"In the photograph, Ms. Swift is smiling and hugging Ms. Mueller.
"Although Mr. Mueller's hand is behind Ms. Swift and therefore not visible, it is clear that her skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller's hand," said the lawsuit. "Similarly, Ms. Swift's hand is behind Mr. Mueller and therefore not visible."
Ms. Swift's spokesman said that they have evidence to the contrary. Shetold CNN: "The radio station was given evidence immediately after the incident. They made their independent decision,"
David Mueller is suing Ms. Swift for his lost income. after being fired. He was making $150,000 a year according to court documents.

Taylor Swift Takes Nicki Minaj’s Side Over Miley Cyrus’ In VMAs Spat

Taylor Swift Team Nicki Minaj

Although Taylor Swift isn’t involved in Nicki Minaj’s feud with Miley Cyrus, the “Wildest Dreams” singer is picking a side. An insider revealed EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com that Taylor is definitely on Team Nicki!

Is there more ‘Bad Blood’ brewing on between Miley Cyrus, 22, and Taylor Swift, 25? As Miley and Nicki Minaj‘s, 32, feud rages on long after the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Taylor is pledging her allegiance to the rapper. To hear more about Miley Cyrus, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!

Considering that Taylor and Miley aren’t on the best of terms, it’s not surprising the popstar is supporting Nicki. “Taylor doesn’t want to pick sides, but she does support Nicki 100 percent,” the insider EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. “She doesn’t think Nicki was bullying Miley. The whole incident in Taylor‘s opinion has been blown out of proportion. She thinks Nicki has a big heart and is often misunderstood.” The 25-year-old should know this from first hand. Taylor did get herself into a bit of trouble when she took Nicki’s VMAs rant out of context and thought the rapper was talking about her.

Backstage, Taylor Swift Is the Oprah of Tour Appearances

Taylor Swift's squad keeps getting bigger and bigger, thanks to her now-famous surprise guest appearances for her 1989 tour. But if you've ever thought: "Hm, Matt LeBlanc, that's an interesting choice..." or "Beck?!" you're not alone. And you're also on to something...
Seems some stage appearances are coordinated moments before the show, at Taylor's request. When Julia Roberts set up a meet-and-greet for her kids before the concert, Tay invited her up to end it. Same for Orange is the New Black's Uzo Aduba, who was chatting with the star backstage before being invited not only up to the stage, but also for a performance. (NBD.)
Matt LeBlanc was also a last-minute addition, made when he met Taylor before the concert. John Legend joined the star for an epic performance when Swift found out his wife—Chrissy Teigen—was attending the concert, and Swift made a quick call to the supermodel requesting her hubs join in for a duet. (He did, obviously.)
One one hand, it's nice that some of these are candid, amazing moments that happen because the stars align and not from corporate calls. On the other, we're still waiting for our call, Tay.
